We named it after the thing we're actually selling.
Tasalli means reassurance. Not speed, not cheapness — the feeling of knowing it's handled. That is the promise, and naming the company after it means we have nowhere to hide if we fail at it.
How we pick technicians
Every tradesman is identified by CNIC, referenced by people who have used him, and put on a written rate card before he ever visits a home. He agrees his prices with us in advance, which is why we can print them on this site instead of leaving you to haggle at the gate.
He is paid per job, so he has no reason to stretch a visit — and no reason to rush it either, because a callback inside a week costs him the return trip.
The warranty
All work carries a one-week written warranty. If the same fault returns inside that week we come back free, and it uses none of your monthly visits. It is deliberately simple, because a warranty you need a lawyer to read is not a warranty.
Materials
We bill materials at cost and show you the receipt. If you would rather buy them yourself, we fit them at no extra labour charge.
What we are not
We are not the cheapest way to get a tap fixed. If you're comfortable finding a tradesman yourself, negotiating each time and taking the risk when it goes wrong, that will cost you less. Tasalli is for households who would rather know the price, know the person, and stop thinking about it.

M/S TASALLI is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue — NTN J868866, registration 1589-2026-27. We are a partnership, not a marketplace app, and a named person answers the WhatsApp.
