Plans

Repair visits, plus the seasonal work your house needs.

Every plan has three parts: visits you book when something breaks, things you book when you want them, and work that comes to you on the calendar. The price depends on the size of your home.

Why does the price depend on house size?

Your repair visits are the same at every size. What changes is the scheduled work: a 1 kanal house has bigger tanks, more solar panels, more ground to spray and more fittings that wear out. A flat price would mean a 5 marla home paying for a 2 kanal home's seasonal work. The size band keeps that fair.

The one rule to understand

What a visit is — and isn't

Uses a visit

A technician comes out for a fault
An inspection with a written quote — even if you say no
Several small jobs on one trip — still one visit

Doesn't use a visit

Car washes and sofa cleaning
AC service in March
Tank cleaning and solar washes
The mosquito & pest spray in August
A callback inside the one-week warranty

A visit is a person coming to your gate. What he does when he gets there is on the list, or it's quoted first.
