M/S TASALLI, trading as "Tasalli", provides home services in Lahore. This page explains what we hold about you and why. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and address. We need these to send a technician to the right gate and to know who a booking or membership belongs to.
- Your property size, if you're a member. It sets your price band.
- A record of your visits and jobs. What was reported, what was done, what it cost, and when — so a warranty claim or a repeat fault can be checked against history.
- Your WhatsApp messages with us, including orders sent from this website's cart. These sit in WhatsApp and are also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Payment references. The reference of a bank, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer. We never hold card numbers and there is no automatic deduction.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. The cart is saved in your own browser's storage so it survives a page reload; it never reaches us unless you press send on WhatsApp, and you can empty it at any time. The details you type into the checkout form are not stored at all — they go straight into the WhatsApp message. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving them. If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Why we hold it
To deliver the service you asked for, to honour warranties, to bill you, and to keep the records a registered firm in Pakistan is required to keep for tax purposes.
Who else sees it
- The technician attending your job gets your name, address and a description of the fault. Nothing more.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not pass your number to vendors for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Job and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. If you ask us to stop contacting you for marketing, we stop immediately.
Your choices

Messages you get from us
We send booking confirmations, technician details, and a payment reminder three days before a membership renewal. If we want to send you anything else, we will ask first, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
